Hello horny people,
I am still quite new redditor but i freaking love it here.
Reddit is changing its API, killing 3rd-party-apps & the bots and for many NSFW content won’t be available. This will effect my and loads of others experience here very much.

Firstly i was thinking “we’re all enjoying this place for free”, I myself use the reddit app, so i could say i don’t care that 3rd-party-apps might not work anymore. Mods are treated like shit, i don’t know any mod personally, so none of my business. The bots are just some artificial tool, i didn’t even really understand before my research.

BUT i read about the NEGATIVE EFFECTS on the BOTS, the MODS and NSFW content, also about the choices Reddit is making right now in dealing with the protests.
To be honest i have no idea how this is influencing the experience from all of us in detail but for sure not i a good way. I see Reddit is using its power, mods who will not do what they want, will be kicked, silenced or ratted out by other mods.. however its gonna end, the way the big heads are making it is quite uncool.

And well I’m thankful when some good bot is taking down a picture because i messed up with the resolution, i am thankful that the bots are checking if a photo is spammed the xx time…. I am thankful for the people who spent their spare time to moderate the subs and i am thankful for whatever is helping them to do their job! I don’t know exactly what the new API means for the moderators and how it’s affecting the bots. But I know that I love being naughty and nude on the internet and my favorite place is Reddit for that. So please don’t danger NSFW – my digital playground is so much fun. 🦦 Thanks to y’all for that again. 🖤
Also some people don’t wanna find themselves here, some (young) people don’t freaking belong here. I understand that there is a risk for safety and protection from violating uploads upcoming with this changes? Then please REDDIT, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!:) But TAKE CARE OF THAT RISK, please PROTECT our beautiful place people created here together and make the changes SAFE FOR EVERYONE. 🙃

Motivation for this post:
– [ ] THE BOTS, our unseen soldiers fighting with abusive, rude or troll behavior and protecting us from stuff you don’t wanna find here are in DANGER and WON’T WORK anymore the way they used to.
– [ ] THE MODS will have MUCH MORE WORK without the support of the bots. The moderation of a sub is unpaid, private invested time from volunteers, Reddit should provide what they need to do their job. ESPECIALLY WHEN THOSE THINGS PROVIDE THE SECURITY FOR ALL OF US.
– [ ] NSFW content will be only visible with the Reddit application.

What can we do? What can i do? Basically nothing. Reddit showed in the last days how to use its power to achieve what they want. So the ONLY POWER we all have here, is TALKING ABOUT IT and take a position. So let’s raise our voice and hopefully lead the responsible people to change their minds. As sex always sells, I made this post to gain ATTENTION, VISIBILITY and ENLIGHTENMENT for those who didn’t read about it yet.
